摘要
胆道手术中留置T管被一直认为是“天经地义”。然而近年来，随着介入技术和手术技术的迅速发展，T管在胆道外科领域中的传统地位面临严重挑战。越来越多的外科医师对T管在胆道手术中的必要性提出质疑，认为在介入技术和医学影像技术高度发展的今天，以往被认为是胆道外科“护卫舰”的T管其作用日益局限，有必要对其重新认识。
