电荷控制法研究a-SiCCD的电荷转移特性

摘要 提出一种更好地利用土壤冷源的新方法,即利用我国长江流域丰富的地表水作为排热场所和传热介质,以井作为竖直埋管形式,把土壤中的冷量提取到房间内的试验研究.测试结果包括不同埋管尺寸、不同水循环方式以及各种工况下运行参数对空调性能和排热量的影响. Soil can act as not only a heat source of a heat pump during winter season operation, but also a heat sink during summer season operation. A new method of making full use of the soil as a cooling source is investigated. In the experimental setup, the abundant ground surface water of the Changjiang (Yangtze) River valley is utilized as the medium for heat absorption and mass transfer. The well, while absorbing heat energy inside a room, acts as a vertically ground coupled pipe. The influences of different pipe sizes, different water circulation modes and different working parameters on the performance of an air conditioner and the amount of heat discharge are studied.
