摘要
目的探讨SF椎弓根内固定器复位、内固定加植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法对68例腰椎滑脱症患者行SF椎弓根内固定器手术后随诊进行分析。结果68例获平均36个月的随访。（1）术前平均滑脱率为38％，术后为13％，平均滑脱纠正率为62．5％。术后滑脱复位率98％；（2）植骨融合率为97％，2例于术后4～6个月发生断钉，提示融合失败，行补充植骨；（3）临床疗效按Steffee标准评定：64例良好，4例尚可，良好率为94％。结论SF椎弓根内固定器操作简单，复位力度较大，固定牢靠，适用于腰椎滑脱症的手术治疗。
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of SF pedicle screw system in reduction, fixation and fusion of bone grafting in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods Sixty-eight eases with lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with SF pedicle screw system were analyzed retrospectively according to the results of biomechanical test and follow-up averaged 36 months. Results Postoperative reduction rate was 98%, bone graft fusion was excellent or good in 94 % according to Steffee＇s clinical criterion. Conclusion The results suggest that SF pedicle screw spinal system can provide strong spinal fixation in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
