反义缺氧诱导因子抑制胶质瘤的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究表明许多人类肿瘤内都有显著的缺氧区域。处于缺氧状态的肿瘤细胞仍能不断增殖、浸润,许多基因表达的改变依赖于缺氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia inducible factor,HIF-1)所调节。HIF-1是DNA结合的异质二聚体,由HIF-1α和HIF-1β构成。作者构建了反义HIF-1α(antisense hypoxia inducible factor 1α,aHIF)重组质粒,建立裸鼠C6胶质瘤皮下模型,研究aHIF对胶质瘤血管生成、细胞凋亡和生长的影响作用,并对其作用机理做了初步探讨。
