维生素B_(12)、曲安奈德穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛

Vitamin B_(12) and triamcinolone acetonide acetas injected in acupuncture points to treat postherpetic neuralgia

目的观察维生素B12、曲安奈德穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法将261例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分成3组,治疗组128例患者按疱疹分布区的经络辩证循经取穴,将维生素B12、曲安奈德及利多卡因的混合液进行穴位注射,1次／d,10次为1疗程,其余2组分别为维生素B12组和曲安奈德组。结果治疗组128例患者,痊愈100例,显效14例,有效率89．06％,维生素B12组52例患者,痊愈21例,显效5例,有效率50．00％,曲安奈德组81例患者,痊愈36例,显效8例,有效率54．32％,治疗组与两组对照组比较有效率的差异有统计学意义(P<0．01), 3个月随访患者症状无反复。结论维生素B12与曲安奈德穴位注射疗法效高、价廉、安全,适用于无禁忌证的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者。

Objective To observe the effects of vitamin Bi2 and triamcinolone acetonide acetas injected in acupuncture points on postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Two hundred and sixty-one patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into three groups, that is treatment, vitamin and triamcinolone groups. One hundred and twenty-eight patients were injected in their points dialectically according to distribution of neuralgia theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment with the mixture of vitamin B12 ,tricamcinolone acetonide acetas and lidocaine hydrochloride was performed once a day, ten days as a treatment course. Results Of the 128 cases in the treatment group 100 cases were cure, 14 cases were good, the effective rate was 89. 06%. Of the 52 cases in the vitamin group 21 cases were cure,5 cases were good,the effective rate was 50.00%. Of the 81cases in triamcinolone group 36 cases were cure,8 cases were good,the effective rate was 54.32%. There were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 01 ）between the effective rates of treatment groups and the other two groups, and no recurrences were found after follow-up of three months. Conclusion Treatment with vitamin B12 and triamcinolone acetonide acetas is of high efficiency,inexpensive and safe for the moderate and serious postherpetic neuralgia patients who have no contraindications.
