腰椎旁注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症124例临床总结

Injection therapy of lumbar paravertebra to treat the herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc:report of 124 cases

目的探讨腰椎旁注射对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效,并比较其与硬膜外间隙注射疗法的优劣。方法将124例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为A、B两组,每组62例,A组给予腰椎旁注射;B组为对照组,给予硬膜外注射疗法。每周注射1次,4次为1疗程,4周后对2组疗效对比观察。采用卡方检验进行统计。结果经卡方检验P>0．05,2组疗效差异无统计学意义。结论腰椎旁注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效明显,其疗效与硬膜外注射疗法无明显差别。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of injection therapy from the lumbar paravertebral approach to treat the herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc and compare the efficacy of this approach with the epidural approach. Methods 124 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups（ A and B）. Each group had 62 patients. Injection of lumbar paravertebra approach was used in group A ,epidural approach in group B ,one time per week and total 4 weeks for every patient. Results There was no statistic difference of the efficacy between the two groups （ P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusion It has obvious efficacy using the paravertebra approach to treat the herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc,and there is no significant difference compared with the epidural approach.
