星状神经节阻滞治疗血管性头痛40例报告

Effect of stellate ganglion block with 1% lidocaine on vascular headache:report of 40 cases

目的观察星状神经节阻滞治疗血管性头痛的效果。方法本组病例星状神经节阻滞均采用1％利多卡因经气管旁阻滞,每日1次,12次为1疗程。结果本组40例均经1疗程治疗,优效与良效者共35例,有效率为87．5％。结论星状神经节阻滞是治疗血管性头痛有效的方法之一,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of stellate ganglion block for treatment of vascular headache. Methods Fourty patients suffering from vascular headache, right side in 26 cases,left side in 9 cases and double sides in 5 cases,were treated by stellate ganglion block. 7-10 ml of 1% lidocaine was injected,1 time per day, 12 times injeetion as a treatment course. Results At the end of one treatment course the excellent as well as good effects was in 35 cases and the effective rate was 87.5% for 40 cases. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block with 1% lidocaine is very effective and recommended to treat vascular headache.
