阿霉素对半月神经节的作用机制与实验研究进展

The mechanism of adriamycin effects on tngeminal ganglion and its advance of experunental study

摘要 阿霉素(多柔比星)可以通过逆向轴浆运输选择性杀死神经元胞体。关于阿霉素的神经毒性作用已经有各种文献描述其作用机制。本文重点介绍阿霉素对于半月神经节的作用机制及实验研究进展。 Adriamycin can selectively kill perikaryon by way of retrograde axoplasmic transport. With regard to neurotoxie effect of adriamyein, the mechanism of its action have already described. This article put emphasis on the mechanism of adriamyein effects on trigeminal ganglion and its advance of experimental study.
