摘要
通过对湿H_2S介质的厚壁容器进行焊接性分析,选择S、P含量低的焊材,采取合理的焊接工艺措施,以控制焊缝硬度、降低焊接应力,提高了设备在特殊介质下的安全运行能力。
By analyzing the weldability of the thick plate pressure vessels with humid H2S medium, welding material with low content of S and P and reasonable welding technology were used to control the hardness of the weld and reduce welding stress, which improved safe performance ability under the special medium condition.
