限制热能摄入对大鼠行为和认知的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究限制热能摄入(限食)对生长期大鼠行为和认知的影响。方法断乳SD大鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为3组:自由摄食组,限食20%组(20%CR),限食35%组(35%CR)。实验3个月和6个月,采用旷场试验和Y-迷宫法检测大鼠的行为和认知能力。6个月后,处死大鼠,荧光分光光度法测定脑干、端脑的多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量,测定皮层、海马、小脑一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性。结果限食组雌、雄性大鼠体重明显低于对照组。雄鼠限食3个月,20%CR组移动格子数显著少于对照组和35%CR组;限食6个月,35%CR组移动格子数显著高于对照组和20%CR组。限食对雌鼠旷场试验未见明显影响。限食6个月对大鼠学习记忆成绩无明显影响。限食6个月,脑DA、5-HT、NE含量及NOS活性3组间未见显著性差异。结论限食对生长期大鼠探索活动影响具有性别差异性,限食延缓雄鼠短时活动量的减少,对雌鼠未见影响。限食6个月对大鼠学习记忆成绩无显著影响。
