摘要
利用天然矿物高岭石为原料,采用高温固相应制备了Na1+2xAlxZr2-xSixP3-xO12系统的矿物快离子导体材料.X射线衍射表明,该材料具有Nasicon型的骨架结构,298~673K离子电导率为001~1mS/cm,激活能4053~5211kJ/mol,当x=05时呈现最高电导率,在673K时其电导率达到25mS/cm。
Natural mineral kaolinite has been used as a starting material for the preperation of mineral fast ion conductors of Na 1+2x Al xZr 2-x Si xP 3-x O 12 system by high temperature solid phase reaction,X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the above mineral fast ion conductors possess the framework structure like Nasicon.The conductivities and activation energies are measured by AC impedance technique from room temperature to 673K.The results show that the best one is the initial composition x=0 5,i.e.Na 1+2x AlxZr 2-x Si xP 3-x O 12 with the conductvity of 2 5mS/cm at 673 K and its activation energy is 40 53J/mol.There are 0 01~1mS/cm of conductivities and 40 52~52 11kJ/mol of activation energies for the most compositions of Na 1+2x AlxZr 2-x Si xP 3-x O 12 system at the temperature of 298~673K.
