摘要
对明矾进行了TG、DTA分析,选择了明矾焙烧制K2SO4与Al2O3的试验影响因素.用L27313正交表筛选出温度870℃、焙烧时间25h、粒径09mm的较优焙烧参数.经3次重复试验得K2SO4产品的纯度为99%,得率为9743%;Al2O3产品的纯度为9728%,得率为99%
By analysing alum with TG and DTA for the selection of the technique for calcining alum,we determined the temperature(870℃), time(2 5h) and fineness(0 9mm)with the L 27 3 13 orthogonal array.The potassium sulfate(99% pure)and Al 2O 3(97 28% pure)were 97 43% and 99% respectively from the three times of repeated experiment.
