摘要
研究了不同酸性介质中邻一氨基苯胂酸(简称O-AA)和对-氨基苯胂酸(简称P-AA)的吸收光谱。建立了双波长分光光度法在0.30mol·L-1HCI介质中测定O-AA的新方法,己应用于作为饲料添加剂用的P-AA中微量O-AA的测定,得到满意的结果。
The absorption spectra of O-AA and P-AA were investigated in a different acid medium. A new dual-wavelength spectrophotometry has been developed for the determination of O-AA at 0.30mol·L -1 HCl. The method was applied to the determination of microamount O-AA in P-AA as feed additive with satisfactory result.
