6种杀虫剂对小菜蛾的室内毒力测定及田间药效研究

Study on the Toxicity Determination and Field Efficacy Trials of Six Pesticides against Plutella xylostella L.

室内毒力测定结果表明,处理24h后,秀田蛾克的室内毒力最强,LC50为0.64μg/mL,美满次之,LC50为1.86μg/mL。田间药效结果表明,秀田蛾克和美满防治小菜蛾的效果明显优于其他杀虫剂,两者的防效在药后3d达到81%以上,在药后6d达到90%以上。因此,可以作为推广药剂在生产上推广使用。

The toxicity determination in laboratory showed that Xiutian＇eke was the most toxic after 24 hours with the LC50 of 0.64 μg/mL, and methoxyfenozide ranked second with the LC50 of 1.86 μg/mL. The results of field trials indicated that the effieacies of Xiutian＇eke and methoxyfenozide were much better than those of others. Their control effieacies would be over 81% 3 days after treatment and over 90% 6 days after treatment, So they can be used into the agricultural production as extended insecticides.
