College Students' Self-education

从自我教育的重要性认识出发,依据自我教育的规律性和原则,结合大学生教育管理工作的实践和经验,提出了通过激发大学生自我教育的动机,增强大学生自我教育的自觉性;开展大学生自我管理,是自我教育的培养过程;进行自我评价、自我控制、自我激励是自我教育的重要内容,使大学生自我教育有了较大的内在动力;大学生社会实践是自我教育的重要途径,它很好地把社会公共行为准则,通过具体、生动的形式,影响教育大学生,进行理性思考,使大学生的思想和行为向着健康、积极的方面发展。

Based on the importance regularities and principles of college students＂ self-education,the author points out the aim,contents and ways to realize their self-education from his own experiences of college students＂ education and management.The aim is to strengthen the consciousness of their self-education.The contents are self-evaluation,self-control and self-motivation.The ways are through college students social activities.The author summarizs that college students＂ self-education is not only the aim of modern education,but also the effective way to perfect their personality,realiy selfvalue and bring the initiative of the students themselves into full-plaly.
