摘要
为提高3维模型的传输效率和协同设计中的数据保密性,定义了一种支持协同的3维轻量化数据结构,引入了轻量化装配模型和轻量化零件模型,其中轻量化装配模型记录了模型的产品结构关系和各零件的装配位置,轻量化零件模型记录了模型的非精确显示数据和支持模型测量的精确几何数据及其关联。因为过滤原始3维模型中的非几何信息,轻量化模型的数据量约为原始模型的1/20。在系统实现方面,给出了3维轻量化工具的体系结构,研究了3维模型轻量化组件、可视化浏览器组件和可视化协同组件的开发。最后,在某汽车制造企业的产品数据管理系统中进行了实施,提高了3维环境下的协同设计效率。
To improve three-dimensional (3D) model data transfer efficiency and ensure data security in collaborative design, a collaborative 3D lightweight data structure was defined. Lightweight assembly model and lightweight part model were introduced. Product structure relationship and part position were recorded in lightweight assembly model. Imprecise display data, precise geometry data, and their relationships were recorded in part model. With nongeometrical data filtrated, this lightweight data structure could reduce original data size to about 5 %. Then, the architecture of 3D lightweight toolkit was provided, lightweight component of 3D model was studied and visualized browser component and visualized collaboration component were developed. Finally, the toolkit was implemented in an automobile company's product data management system, the collaborative design efficiency under 3D environment was improved.
