摘要
确定了自主开发的开放式数控系统HITCNC的接口方案,包括相关的内部接口和外部接口。详细阐述了HITCNC系统中应用的主要开放技术,并在开放式数控系统的基本理论及实现技术的基础上,实现了基于接口标准的用于控制3坐标数控铣床的开放式数控系统HITCNC。一系列的切削实验,验证了HITCNC的开放性、可靠性及系统对自由曲线、曲面的加工能力。
Open architecture controller must conform to international interface standardss. Under this circumstance, interface plan for HITCNC was defined, which included relevant internal and external interfaces. Main techniques used in the construction of open HITCNC were described. Based on basic theory on open architecture controller and enabling techniques, open HITCNC was applied on 3-axis milling machine tool, which was based on international interface standards. Finally, a series of experiments on HITCNC were successfully completed to prove its openness, reliability and ability of machining NURBS surface.
