常熟—太仓地震震害评估和经济损失分析

ON EARTHQUAKE DAMAGE EVALUATION AND ECONOMIC LOSS ANALYSIS OF THE CHANGSHU-TAICANG EVENT OF 1990

本文介绍了常熟—太仓地震现场震害和经济损失快速评估的分析方法以及经济损失估算结果。文中还对直接统计和抽样统计两种震害评估的经济损失分析方法作了比较。最后对震害指数在这次烈度评定中的作用作了论述,对震区今后减轻灾害工作提出了合理化建议。

In this paper,authors have introduced the fast methods for evaluating the damage and economic loss of the Changshu-Taicang earthquake in scene, the damage situation, the re- sult of economic loss obtained by calculating. By comparting the method of direct statistics with the sampling about the damage eveluation and economic loss analysis, the authors have raised own idea. At last, that earthquake damage index has played a role in the inten- sity evaluating has be expounded, and the reasonable suggestion is raised for reducing earthquake damage of this region in future.
