摘要
YG811型织物悬垂仪可测试织物的静态悬垂系数,LFY-21型织物悬垂仪既可测试织物静态悬垂系数,也可测试织物的动态悬垂系数、活泼率、硬挺系数等,两种仪器测试值之间有一定的相关性,本文通过对35种不同规格织物在YG811型与LFY-21型织物悬垂仪上的测试,分析了两种测试仪器测试数据间的相关关系,得出回归方程,并从理论上分析了测试误差产生的原因。实验结果表明YG811型与LFY-21型织物悬垂仪,静态直读悬垂系数的测试数据存在线性相关,且是负相关,相同原料的织物,针织物的波纹数多,即悬垂性好于机织物。光强分布、织物透光、旋转速度、温湿度等都会影响测试精度。
YG811 drape tester can test static drape index of fabrics. LFY -21 drape tester can measure both static and dynamic drape index of fabrics. Their activity ratio and stiffness index can also be tested by LFY - 21. There are some relationships between these two testers, 35 kinds of fabrics were measured with these two testers, the regression equation and the correlation of drape index of the two tester's results were discussed in this paper. The static drape index of two tester's results has negative correlation. Knit- ted fabrics have more waves than woven fabrics, and have better drape. Distribution of light intensity, transmittance of fabrics, speed of rotation, temperature and humidity have influence on the test precision.
