摘要 在衣康酸生产过程中要达到准确控制浓缩环节的各个参数,提高产品的质量与产量,需要改变传统的控制方法(人工控制)。本文提出一种用AT89系列单片机设计智能调节器的方法,使用智能调节器控制可以避免由人工操作带来的误差。数据采集及处理采用ADC0809芯片进行数据转换,同时说明采集数据时需要注意的问题。智能调节器具有输入、输出和报警方式设置,具备手动自整定和显示输出值等,操作方便。 To control each parameter which links accurately with the concentration control of fluid while the health acid of the clothing is produced, and to improve quality and output of the products, it is necessary to change the traditional control method (artificial control). This text puts forward a method to design the intellectual regulator with the AT89 series one-chip computer. Using intellectual regulator control can avoid the error brought by artificial operation. Data collection and treatment adopt ADC0809 chip to carry on data exchange, and at the same time explain the problem to be paid attention to while gathering the data. The intellectual regulator has many different kinds of inputs, outputs and gives a alarm and has the function of manual set and information-display. The intellectual regulator is easy to operate, support many kinds of warning functions such as upper limit, lower limit, deviation upper limit and deviation lower limit.
