火力发电厂烟风煤粉管道加固肋设计计算分析 被引量:11

摘要 国内外火力发电厂烟风煤粉管道加固肋设计计算方案不尽相同。我国沿袭了前苏联的设计计算方案,经实践证明并不十分合理后,经改良设计,提出了横肋为主,适当考虑内撑杆承受内外荷载,按照薄板大挠度塑性变形计算模式进行板的控制计算。文章通过ANSYS建模模拟烟风煤粉管道的实际情况,用有限元方法校核这种加固肋设计的合理性。 At present, the method to design the pipeline in power plants in China and abroad are different, In China, the version of the ex-Soviet Union was used for many years, But it proved not very rational in practice. After many designing methods have been proposed many times, the method now widely used in China is offered, It is a method like this: the pressure is mostly born by the cross stiffening ribs, and a part of the pressure is taken on by the inside fit bear. The plate of the pipes is computed as a thin plank with large plastic deflection. In this article, the rationality of this method was checked using the software ANSYS, The finite element method were used to check the rationality of the method mentioned above.
