摘要
将SCES(超级电容器储能)系统应用到分布式系统的配电网中,通过逆变器控制单元,可以调节储能系统向用户及网络输送的无功以及有功的大小,从而达到提高电能质量的目的。采用了电压-电流双环控制和功率补偿控制相结合的控制方法,此控制方法对所接入的网络的等效阻抗不敏感,并且响应速度快,具有较强的有功无功调节能力以及线电流波形为完全正弦曲线等优点。最后进行了SCES系统与电网同步运行控制试验、停电供电控制试验和故障恢复再同步控制试验。
With inverter control, both active and reactive power pumped into the utility grid can be controlled. The proposed approach combines a voltage and current dual-loop control and a power control which does not require knowledge of the equivalent impedance of the utility grid the SCES unit is connected to. Furthermore, the propcosed power control has superiorities, such as strong P and Q regulation capability, fast enough response, and purely sinusoidal line current. This paper aiso presents studies on experiments of the SCES system' synchronous and re-synchronous operation with power network when the grid has fault or is recovered.
