摘要
碳刷和滑环是发电机动静接触和交换能量的设备,是发电机励磁系统的重要组成部分。但是运行中由于很多原因,时常出现发热现象,严重危及发电机的安全运行。通过分析励磁碳刷滑环发热的产生、发展,引起碳刷、滑环发热的因素,结合几年来的实践经验,总结出发热的处理及严重发热时实用可行的2种应急处理方法,实用中取得了很大成效,进一步针对性地提出了正常运行的维护和注意事项。
The carbon brush and the slip ring are the generator device with slippery wreath contact for energy commutation, as well as an important part of the generator excitation system. But it often appears to have fever phenomenon during operation because of many reasons, endangering the safety of the generator seriously. By analyzing the development of the fever and its causses, with practical experience in these years, two practical metheds to deal with severe fever are proposed. Some notice while normal running is put forward.
