摘要 普通差压水位计测量汽包水位主要问题在于参比水柱的不确定性,它是影响汽包水位测量误差的主要因素。安徽省洛河电厂对3号炉汽包水位测量系统进行了改造,将原来的单室平衡容器更换为GJT-DⅠ双恒单室平衡容器,使得参比水柱温度恒等于汽包内的饱和水温度,并且使参比水柱高度恒定不受压力变化的影响,从而有效地解决了汽包水位测量难的问题。 When measuring the drum level with common differential-pressure water level gauge, the main problem lies in the uncertainty of the comparing water column. It is considered as the main cause which influences the error of drum level measurement. For this, drum level measuring system were retrofitted on boiler No. 3 in Luohe Power plant. The normal condensation single chamber balance was replaced by the GJT - D I double-constant and single-chamber balance. It makes the temperature of the comparing water column equal to the temperature of the saturated steam, and makes the height of the water column steady, not be affected by the pressure , which effectively solved the problem of drum lewel measurement.
