摘要
采用有限元法模拟了TC6钛合金卡环的锻造过程,给出了锻造过程金属的流动情况、锻造载荷以及模具的应力分布。在此基础上对模具型腔进行了优化设计,给出了一种优化的设计方案。优化后的模具在锻造过程中承受较小的应力分布,从而可以确保模具的使用寿命以及锻件的质量不受影响。
The forging process of the TC6 titanium alloy clasp is simulated by finite element method (FEM) and the simulation results, such as metal flow, forging load and die stress distribution, are obtained. On the basis of simulation results, the die cavity is optimized and an optimized die design is proposed. The optimized die is subject to less stress during forging process, which can ensure the service life of dies and guarantee the quality of forging part.
