摘要
通过分析三相平行轴联轴器的传动原理及机构组成,考虑过约束特性和变形协调关系,建立了该机构的弹性静力学模型。在此基础上,针对PLG型滚动轴承的疲劳寿命为机构的薄弱环节,并得出该系列联轴器的主要设计与选用准则。
This paper analyzes the working principle and the structural makeup of 3-phase parallel couplings. The elastostatics model of the mechanism is established concerning the excess constraints and the deformation coordinating relations. The main design and selection principles of the coupling are achieved and proposed based on the assumption that the fatigue life of the rolling bearing be the weakest point in the coupling.
