摘要
针对远红外线烘干炉直射对烘干材料品质结构破坏这一问题,采用有限元数值方法对烘干炉加热系统进行了改进设计,单独在烘干箱外部设计了一个电加热器.先用鼓风机把外界冷空气送入加热器内进行均匀加热,然后通过风道将热风送入烘干箱内对原材料进行烘干,从而避免了远红外线对烘干材料的高温辐射.结果表明,采取改进后的烘干炉不仅克服了以往的不足,还比原加热炉节约用电5%~10%.
The APDL language of ANSYS is used to implement the parametric model design in heating system of removable drying furnace. In addition , the abilities of APDL to make dynamic model modification, control calculation procedure and extract result are exploited to simulate the temperature field in electricity heater. At last ,the minimum amount electrothermal pipe and the reasonable position of each pipe are obtained, in meanwhile getting the field of flow and temperature in electricity heater.
