摘要
应用组织化学方法对中华蟾蜍冬眠前后淋巴器官内肥大细胞的数量、活性、分布及组织化学性质进行了研究.结果表明,经MTB染色显示中华蟾蜍冬眠后(4月底)淋巴结、脾脏和胸腺内肥大细胞和脱颗粒数最低,而后开始上升,至9月产卵前达最高值,然后又开始下降.冬眠前(10月底)淋巴结、脾脏和胸腺内的肥大细胞和脱颗粒数均极显著高于冬眠期(12月)和冬眠后(4月底)肥大细胞和脱颗粒数(P<0.01),且冬眠期(12月)肥大细胞数均极显著高于冬眠后(4月底)肥大细胞数(P<0.01).在冬眠期与冬眠后,淋巴结、脾脏和胸腺内肥大细胞均无脱颗粒现象.肥大细胞主要分布于髓质、小血管附近及皮质和被膜下.经AB-S染色显示淋巴结、脾脏和胸腺内肥大细胞均为黏膜肥大细胞.
The histochemical staining methods were employed to investigate the quantity,activity,distributive pattern and histochemical property of mast cells in the lymph organ during the hibernation of bufogargarizans. The results showed that the quantity of mast cells and the degranules from the mast cells of lymph node,spleen and thymus are the lowest in the end of April, when bufogargarizans woke from hibernation, and it began to increase, before bufogargarizans ovulated in September and it reached the highest, then began to decrease. Before it hibernated(the end of October), the quantity of mast cells and the degranules from the mast cells in the lymph node, spleen and thymus are extremely higher than that of the quantity during the hibernation(P〈0.01). When it hibernated,the quantity of mast cells of lymph node,spleen and thymus are extremely higher than that of the quantity after it hibernated(the end of April) (P〈0. 01), the degranulation phenomenon in the mast cell of lymph node, spleen and thymus wasn't observed during the hibernation. The mast cells of lymph node, spleen and thymus distributed mainly in medulla region around small vascular, cortex and capsula. AB-S dye shows that the mast cells of lymph node,spleen and thymus are mucous mast cells.
