摘要
1990年2月10日01时57分,在江苏省常熟市和太仓县交界处发生Ms5.1级地震,给当地人民的生命财产造成了比较严重的损失。本文给出了这次地震的参数和序列、地震前兆和预报情况以及震后现场监测预报工作概况,并对这一次地震的监测预报过程进行了回顾和讨论。
On Feb 10,1990,an earthquake of 5.1 (Ms) occurred in the region between Changshu city and Taicang county, Jiangsu province. In this paper, we have deseribed the seismic parameters and sequence characteristics,as well as the precursors prediction and aftershock monitoring of this event. Besides some related the problems to this event are also discussed in this paper.
