摘要
对某系列数控系统的软件部分进行了故障部位、故障模式及故障原因分析,指出此系列数控系统软件的可靠性薄弱环节,为探寻数控系统的可靠性设计提供依据。
The failure positions, failure modes and failure causes of software in the CNC system were analyzed in the paper. The weak parts of the software were pointed out, so as to provide basis for the reliability design of the CNC system.
