摘要
针对以往专用数控系统无法进行在线测试和监控、现场维护性很差的现状,通过将蓝牙(Blue-Tooth)技术应用于数控系统中,实现了数控加工时现场数据的实时可维护性和蓝牙无线在线监控。提出了实时可维护数控系统的概念并予以实现。
To the former special CNC systems, test, supervision and control can' t be conducted online, and the maintenance is not easy, according to this present situation, Bluetooth technology has been applied on CNC system, so that the real -time data maintenance and Bluetooth wireless supervision and control during the process of NC machining has achieved. This paper brings forward theconcept on the CNC system of real -time maintenance.
