PTCA及支架安置术患者院外服药依从性的调查

The Investigation of Compliance of Taking Medicine Out Hospital of Patients After PTCA Plus Stent Implantation

目的探讨PTCA及支架安置术患者院外服药依从性及其相关因素。方法对在我院行PTCA及支架安置术治疗并出院半年以上的50例患者进行用药情况及其相关因素的问卷调查,所有数据应用SPSS10.0版进行统计学处理。结果PTCA及支架安置术患者院外服药依从率为42%,影响其服药依从性的因素有性别、文化程度、经济收入的差异(P<0.05)。结论护理人员除对患者进行健康教育之外,还要了解病人对院外治疗的态度和信念,加强与患者沟通,启动家庭支持系统,结合新疆地区患者就医特点,从而提高患者院外服药依从性。

Objective To explore compliance of taking medicine out hospital of patients after PTCA plus stem implantation and relative factors. Methods 50 patients after PTCA plus stem implantation over six months received the investigation about taking medicine and relative factors. All data were analyzed by using SPSS 10. 0. Results The compliant rate of taking medicine out hospital of patients after PTCA plus steat implantation is 42 %. The irflueat factors of compliance of taking medicine out hospital of patients are the differences of sex and education degree as well as salary （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Except for healthy education, nurses need know the attitude and confidence of treatment out hospital of patient and strengthen exchange idea with patients as well as start family support system combining with medical characteristics in Xinjiang in order to improve compliance of taking medicine out hospital of patients.
