The Daily Periodicity Distributional Characteristics of Five Emergencies and the Matching of Nursing Resources

目的研究5类急症的日周期分布特征与合理调配护理人员。方法运用圆形分布统计方法，分析了1995—2004年间新生儿出生、新生儿死亡、老龄呼吸衰竭死亡、上消化道出血、急诊手术的时间分布资料。结果新生儿出生时间u^-±s为23：01±4：38；新生儿死亡时间u^-±s为24：26±5：33；老龄呼吸衰竭死亡时间u^-±s为4：41±4：55；上消化道出血时间u^-±s为1：23±3：49；急诊手术时间u^-±s为17：42±1：53；结果均呈现明显的班后集中趋势。结论依据5类急症的归属科室和高发时段，采用不同形式的弹性排班制，合理地调配院科两级护理资源，确保了护理质量和医疗安全，已取得良好的管理效果。

Objective Exploring the daily periodicity distributional characteristics of five emergencies and how to prepare staff nurses in rationalization. Methods Selecting the statistical method of circular distribution, analyzing the time distributions of the five emergencies during 1995 to 2004, these were the birth of newborn, the death of newborn, the death of aging respiratory insufficiency, and the upper hemorrhage of digestive tract, the emergency operations. Results The birth of newborns u^- ± s is 23 ： 01 ± 4 ： 38, the death of newborns u^- ± s is 24 ： 26 ± 5 ： 33, the death of aging respiratory insufficieney fu^- ± s is 4 ： 41 ± 4 ： 55, the upper hemorrhage of digestive tract u^- ± s is 1 ： 23 ± 3 ： 49, the emergency operations u^- ± s is 17 ： 42 ± 1 ： 53. The results were showing obvious off duty central tendency. Conclusion According to the relative departments and the high tide of the five emergencies, selecting elastic management methods in different styles, matching managers and clinical nursing resources in rationalization, to make sure nursing quality and medical safety. It has been proved that the intervention has favorable effect.
