摘要
介绍采用激光直接加工法制备微流控芯片,建立基于超顺磁珠的化学发光微流控免疫分析系统,用于甲胎蛋白的测定。芯片系统可以在20min内完成AFP的分析,所需要的标本量和试剂量为5μl,线性范围在1~800ng/ml。
We use direct-write laser micromachining technology to fabricate the microfluidic chip, and to establish a microfluidic chemiluminescence immunoassay system based on superparamagnetic microbeads, for detecting alpha- fetoprotein (AFP). The AFP analysis can be completed in 20 minutes with 5μ1 sample and 5μ1 reagent, and there is a good linear correlation in the range of 1-800ng/ml.
