摘要
根据轮胎起重机的使用要求,设计了一台起重机行走时使用的变速箱。汽缸通过拨叉控制,齿套分别与双联齿轮联接完成高速挡和低速挡两种输出形式。该变速箱是采用斜齿圆柱齿轮和双联斜齿带内花键的齿数不同螺旋角方向相反的圆柱齿轮输入轴高度变位的形式完成设计的。通过实践,该设计能很好地完成以往使用2台减速器才能完成的任务,并解决了噪音大的难题。
According to working requirement of wheel crane, a gearbox used in its travel part is designed. A shifting fork controls a cylinder, a geared sleeve is connected with a dual gear, which can generate a high or low speed, and the gearbox can have two types of outputs. The gearbox consists of helical spur gears, dual helical gears and spur gears that have an internal spline and a different number of teeth and an opposite direction of screw angle and the input shaft have a high displacement. By experiments, it is shown that the gearbox can accomplish the task that were completed by two gearboxes in past. In addition, the new gearbox can also solve the large noise problem.
