摘要
纳米(TiC,N)金属陶瓷具有优良的物理、力学性能和耐磨性能,因而可被用于高速切削中。文中研究了新型纳米金属陶瓷刀具在切削正火态45钢时的切削性能及磨损机理。结果表明,金属陶瓷刀具适用于较高速度下的切削,刀具失效形式主要为磨损。
Nano-Ti (C,N) cermets have been used in high speed cutting processing owing to its outstanding physical, mechanical and wear-resistant properties, which have been investigated when cutting normalized 45 steel. Results showed that this cermet was applicable to higher velocity turning, the main failure mode of this cutter was wear.
