摘要 分析石英振荡器因电路元件或晶体管参量变化所引起的频率变化,就参量变化与频率漂移彼此之间的关系作了计算。推导有关电路参量变化所引起频率变化的一般方程,晶体管的y参量和振荡器电路元件都是已知的情况下,此方程也适用于任何其它振荡器的工作频率。 Analyze the frequency shift of the oscillator which caused by the circuit elements or the transistor parameters and the relationship between the parameter and the frequency drift. Deduce the general equation of frequency shift caused by the circuit parameter which also can be applicable to the oscillator circuit work at any other frequencies when the Y-parameters of transistor and the cireuit element are all known.
