摘要
对蓄电池参数的实时检测系统进行了研究。该检测系统实时检测蓄电池的电压、电流等参数,并通过扩频载波方式将分散的测量结果传送到中央检测控制器,避免了高低压混合布线的问题,特别是很好地解决了在电池充电时测量电路与被测电路间的高压绝缘问题。检测系统能提前对不匹配的电池进行记录和报警,经试验证明本方案设计是合理的。文中给出了该检测系统的原理设计和部分软件例程。
This paper researches the real-time measuring system of distributed batteries' parameters in detail. By acquiring the parameters such as the voltage and current, and transmitting the data through spread spectrum carrie:r, the system can avoid the high and low voltages mixed routing problems, especially solve the high voltage insulation problem between measuring circuit and measured circuit when the batteries are being charged. The system can alarm in advance and :record the batteries which are not matched. This design is reasonably proved by some experiments. This paper provides the principle design and part of the program flow charts.
