摘要
提出一种新颖的三相正弦变频信号的实现方式,它采用6分频方式实现三相方波信号120°精确裂相;通过直流负反馈消除由方波向三角波转换过程中积分电容上的电荷积累效应;可调直流电压线性改变频率的同时,又线性地改变对称方波的幅度,从而保证三角波幅度的稳定性;利用二极管的非线性拟合技术实现三角波向正弦波的转换。
A novel method of three-phase sine frequency-converted signal generator is presented. By dividing frequency into six to realize 120° precise phase-split of threephase square wave.The negative DC feedback eliminates the charge accumulation on integral capacitor when square wave converts into triangle.The adjustable DC voltage not only changes the frequency linearly,but the amplitude of symmetrical square wave linearly.Thus,the amplitude of triangle wave is steady.And the conversion from triangle wave to sine is realized by diodes' nonlinear fitting.
