摘要
分析了现有板栗及锥栗外壳切割机设计方案中的不足,并在原有锥栗果外壳划口机的基础上进行扩展设计,改3根切割轴为2根,优选搅龙轴螺纹高度为12~30mm,搅龙轴螺纹牙顶与机壳底部内侧间隙控制在4~20mm之间,以适应不同级别的锥栗果划口。整机结构较简单,划口效果100%。划口后的锥栗果经后续工序处理后,栗仁完整率在95%以上,可罐装或袋装保鲜。
Analyzed the designed deficiency on shell-cut machine of castanea henryi and castanea mollissonas precent, and based on the castanea henryi shelling machine, an improved shell-cut machine for the fresh castanea henryi was developed. In the new shelling machine 2 shell-cut axis was used instead of 3 shell-cut axis, and the worm depth of agitated axis is 12 to 30 millimetres, the gap between the worm top of the agitated axis and bottom of the mechanism is 4 to 20 millimetres in order to fitting the different size of the castanea henryi to shelling. The struction of the machine is simpler than the old one, it's shelling rate is 100 percent. The cutted castanea henryi pulps are fit for can preservation or packed cooling after treated by the next processes.
