摘要
为研究胶粉、无机浆料的应用效果,对这两种新型浆料的作用机理、使用效果及使用过程中应注意的事项进行了分析。对胶粉、无机浆料分别在纯棉、涤棉混纺细号高密织物上进行了应用,将优化后的浆料配方与原配方的上浆效果进行了对比,试验结果表明:浆料中分别使用胶粉、无机浆料后,能大比例取代或完全取代PVA,降低浆料成本,提高织造效率。
To research the application effect of amylopectin and inorganic size mixture, function mechanism, using effect and attentive problems of the two new type size mixtures were analyzed. Application of amylopectin and inorganic size mixture in pure cotton fabric, polyester cotton fine count high density blended fabric were done. Sizing effect of former formula and optimized formula were compared, the test shows that using amylopectin or inorganic in size mixture can replace PVA completely or partly, reduce cost and enhance weaving efficiency.
