用多因子相关指数法预测织物强力的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了更准确地预测织物强力,针对当前新型生产模式下品种多、变化快、批量小的特点,提出了用多因子相关指数法构建产品质量的预测模型,通过对纯棉府绸类织物经纬向强力与六个主要因子的相关分析试验,探讨了织物强力的建模方法,并进行了实际预报和验证试验,认为实测结果归属预报等级范围。另外在应用预测模型确定织物标准断裂强力方面,也作了初步尝试。上述结果表明,用多因子相关指数法建立模型可以快速预测原料的虚拟加工质量和产品质量。 To forecast fabric strength more exactly, establishing product quality modal by multi-factors relative index method was proposed according to more varieties, faster change and smaller batch in new type production. Establishing method of fabric strength modal was discussed by analyses test of pure cotton poplin warp strength & weft strength and six main factors, practice forecasting and proof test were done, and it is considered that test result belongs to forecasting range. Fabric normal breaking strength by forecasting modal was done simply. The result shows that establishing modal by multi-factors relative index method can forecast virtual production quality and product quality quickly.
