摘要
为了研究设计粗纱循环系统,通过对纺纱工序之间半制品的自动化转移过程的市场分析和对这些过程进行技术分解,细分出满粗纱置换细纱机纱架上的空管,所占粗纱到细纱运输过程中70%的工作量。进而提出开发粗纱循环系统思路,并进行了分析、设计、试验和应用,获得了成功。使满管粗纱置换细纱机纱架上的空管工作量减少了90%,全过程总工作量压缩到37%。
To design roving cycle system, transfer course of semi-finished goods in spinning process were analyzed through market, the analyses show that the transfer from full roving changes tube in spinning cred accounts for 70% of transfer between roving and spinning. Principle of roving cycle system was proposed, and applied successfully. The system makes the work of full roving changes tube reduce 90% , and the whole work can be at 37%.
