摘要
为充分发挥进口设备高速优质的优势,探索ORION-M型络筒机速度与张力对络纱质量的影响,选用不同的络纱速度、张力和不同捻接工艺对络制的筒纱质量进行了对比,认为络纱速度控制在1800m/min以下为宜,络纱速度、张力的确定,应根据筒纱的条干、强力、毛羽和生产效率综合考虑。
To use the advantage of import equipment effectively and discuss the influence of winding speed and tension on winding quality, cheese quality of difference winding speed, tension, twisting-in processing were compared, the test shows that the suitable speed for winding is below 1800 m/min, the choice of winding speed and tension should be done according to cheese evenness, yarn strength, hairiness and production efficiency.
