镉对鲫鱼肝过氧化氢酶活性的影响

Effect of cadmium on liver catalase activity of Carassius auratus

采用生物毒性实验方法，研究了不同的ρCd^2＋对鲫鱼（Carassius auratus）肝组织过氧化氢酶（CAT）活性的影响．结果表明，在实验剂量范围（ρCd^2＋=0～2．24mg·L^-1），低ρCd^2＋对鲫鱼CAT活性有不同程度的诱导作用，高ρCd^2＋对鲫鱼CAT活性有较明显的抑制作用，且其剂量-效应呈现抛物线关系．

Effects of different levels of cadmium （Cd^2＋） on activity of catalase in liver of Carassius auratus were studied by toxicity test. The results showed that within the range of exposure dosage （ρCd^2＋ = 0～2. 24 mg · L^-1）, inductions of low Cd^2＋ levels to the activity of CAT in liver of Carassius auratus occurred, and high levels of Cd^2＋ inhibited that of CAT. The dosage-effect curve was parabola.
