摘要
采用生物毒性实验方法,研究了不同的ρCd^2+对鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)肝组织过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响.结果表明,在实验剂量范围(ρCd^2+=0~2.24mg·L^-1),低ρCd^2+对鲫鱼CAT活性有不同程度的诱导作用,高ρCd^2+对鲫鱼CAT活性有较明显的抑制作用,且其剂量-效应呈现抛物线关系.
Effects of different levels of cadmium (Cd^2+) on activity of catalase in liver of Carassius auratus were studied by toxicity test. The results showed that within the range of exposure dosage (ρCd^2+ = 0~2. 24 mg · L^-1), inductions of low Cd^2+ levels to the activity of CAT in liver of Carassius auratus occurred, and high levels of Cd^2+ inhibited that of CAT. The dosage-effect curve was parabola.
