生物医学放射成像与IT的互动发展

摘要 根据X-射线成像的若干例子就生物医学成像与IT的互动发展作了阐述。指出平板检测器的问世,使X-射线成像技术有了革命性的飞跃。许多老的模式得到复兴,新的模式不断涌现。锥束螺旋CT、多源CT已经或即将成为产品。另一方面医院数据量急剧增大,对IT提出了新的挑战。这种互动在PACS中得到完美体现。 The interaction between biomedical imaging and IT is described according to some X-ray imaging examples. The development of fiat panel detectors is the key factor that causes the revolution of X-ray imaging technologies. Many near obsoleted imaging modalities got resurgent while novel imaging modalities are being developed. The cone beam spiral CT and the multisource CT have been commercialized. On the other hand,the exponential increase of data volume in hospitals caused by the imaging equipments imposes a big challenge to IT. The interaction is fully displayed in PACS.
