摘要
采用盆栽试验法,研究了不同浓度N aC l盐胁迫对二色补血草(L im on ium bicolor)、佛甲草(S edumlineare T hunb.)、千叶蓍(A ch illea m illef olium)、丛生福禄考(P h lox subu la ta)、百里香(T hym us m ong olicus R onn)、地被石竹(D ianthus acicu laris)和高羊茅(F estuca arund inacea Schreb)等7种地被植物生长及光合特性的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫使参试植物生长受到抑制,但受抑制程度有明显区别,相对生长量由大至小依次为高羊毛(86.52%)>二色补血草(78.78%)>千叶蓍(65.38%)>地被石竹(56.68%)>百里香(41.05%)>佛甲草(32.25%)>丛生福禄考(0.00%);盐胁迫下7种植物的光合速率(P n)和气孔导度(G s)均下降,但下降幅度在各种植物间差异较大,高羊茅和二色补血草的下降幅度较小,佛甲草和丛生福禄考的较大;7种植物胞间CO2浓度(C i)的变化规律较复杂。综合分析7种草本地被植物的相对生长量和光合指标可知,其耐盐性由强至弱依次为:二色补血草>高羊茅>千叶蓍>地被石竹>百里香>佛甲草>丛生福禄考。
Effects of salt stress on growth and physiological characteristic of Limonium bicolor,Sedum lineare Thunb, Achillea millefolium , Phlox subulata ,Thymus mongolicus Ronn, Dianthus acicularis and Festuca arundinacea Schreb potted plants,which treated with various concentration NaCl solution,were studied. The results showed that the growth of tested plants was retarded by adding NaCl in the pots but degree of inhibitation was significantly different between the seven species. The order of relative growth was Festuca arundinacea Schreb. (86.52%)〉Limonium bicolor (78.78%)〉Achillea mille f olium (65.38%)〉 Dianthus acicularis (56.08%)〉Thymus mongolicus Ronn (41.02%)〉Sedum lineare Thunb. (32.25%)〉 Phlox subulata (0.00%);The photosynthetic rates and stomatal conductance decreased under salt stress but varied in extant among the plants. The decrease extant in photosynthetic rates and stomatal conductance was relatively smaller for Festuca arundinacea Schreb and Limonium bicolor and greater for Sedum lineare and Phlox subulata;Variation of intercellular CO2 concentration appeared complicated tendencies. According to analysis of the results ,salt tolerance of the seven tested plants could be ranged as follows: Limonium bicolor , Festuca arundinacea Schreb 〉 Achillea mille folium 〉 Dianthus acicularis〉 Thymus mongolicus Ronn〉Sedum lineare〉Phlox subulata.
