CMLST-x晶体结构和介电性能研究

Study on the Structure and Dielectric Properties of CMLST-x Ceramics

摘要 采用传统固相反应法制备(16-x)CaO-xMgO-9Li2O-12Sm2O3-63TiO2(1≤x≤16,简写为CMLST-x)陶瓷,用X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜研究其晶体结构及微观形貌。在高频下,CMLST-x陶瓷随MgO取代量从1增大到16,介电常数rε从112.1降为38.6。且在取代量x=12时,rε=42.6,介电损耗最小值为0.001 2。 (16-x)CaO-xMgO-9Li2O-12Sm2O3-63TiO2 (abbreviated asCMLST-x) based dielectric ceramic with different MgO content (1≤x≤16), were prepared by a conventional solid reaction method. The crystalline structure and morphology were studied by XRD and SEM, respectively. The effects of substitution on the structures and the dielectric characteristics of the CMLSTx the dielectric constant tan δ value of 0. 001 2 of CMLSTx ceramics for x=12, ετ=42.6. ceramics were discussed. As the MgO content increases from 1 to 16 , decreases from 112.1 to 38. 6, while the material shows the minimum
