我国目前医院院长90%是专家型院长,他们大都没有接受过系统的管理教育。分析了专家型院长在医院管理工作中普遍存在的一些突出问题,并就此提出了一些对策与建议。

In China, about 90% president in hospital belongs to the team of medicinal expert. They lack the education background in the field of management. This paper analyses the existing problems of expert＇s president in hospital＇s management practice. Then make some corresponding suggestions to improve it.
