摘要
介绍了汤普森多毛菌的分离提纯方法,研究了其生物学特性,对枸杞瘿螨进行了致病性测定,结果表明:汤普森多毛菌在温度为30℃,相对湿度为40%~50%条件下生长速度快,在湿度一定时,最适生长温度为28℃,对枸杞瘿螨的致死率随接种时间的延长以及相对湿度的增大而增大.
This paper introduced the way to separate and extract Hirsutella thompsonii Fisher, studied its biological characteristics and measured the pathogenesis of Aculops rnacyodnis Keifer. The result showed that Hirsutella thornpscnii Fisher, s growth rate was the fastest when the temperature was at 30 ℃, and the relative humidity was between 40 % to 50 %. The death rate for Aculops macyodnis Keifer was augmented by prolonging inoculation time and increasing relative humidity at 28 ℃.
